Consent to the provision and processing of personal data


I, the subject of personal data (the user, visitor of the website https://ncz-russia.ru/, https://journal-ncz.ru/, https://kuban.ncz-russia.ru, https://nphkalinina.ru, https://korenovskoe.ru or https://kubansev.ru voluntarily, of my own free will and in my interests give consent to the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Organization "National Center of Grain named after P.P. Lukyanenko" (OGRN 1 022 301 812 136, INN 2 311 014 916) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), located at the address: 38 Akademika Lukyanenko st., Krasnodar, Krasnodar Krai, 350 012, for processing (any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction) of the following personal data:
— Last name, first name, and patronymic;
— Contact phone number;
— Email address;
— Residential address;
— Registration address;
— Other information about myself that I, the personal data subject, may provide on my own initiative when submitting a request to the Operator via the feedback form on the Operator’s website, at https://ncz-russia.ru/, https://journal-ncz.ru/, https://kuban.ncz-russia.ru, https://nphkalinina.ru, https://korenovskoe.ru or https://kubansev.ru.
I provide the above personal data for processing for the purposes of promoting the Operator’s goods, works, and services on the market, concluding and executing civil contracts (selection of a service by the subject of personal data, making an appointment, sending informational messages about the service and making an appointment).
Consent includes consent to the use of internet statistics software (including cookies, if permitted in the user’s browser settings) on the Operator’s website. This software collects and processes anonymized data about website visitors, pages viewed, browser and operating system types and versions, and the geographic location of website visitors. This data is processed for the purposes of promoting the Operator’s products and services, namely:
— Ensuring the full and correct functioning of the Website and storing user settings;
— Ensuring the security of the Website;
— Developing products and services, including the process of development, modernization, and improvement;
Conducting analytical, statistical, and other types of research, including through the use of large volumes of structured and unstructured data ("big data").

I understand that:
1) my consent to the processing of personal data is valid from the date of signing this consent until the purposes for processing my personal data are achieved or until the date of its revocation, but for no more than 50 years;
2) consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked by submitting a written revocation of consent in any form to the Operator by email at kniish@kniish.ru;
3) if consent to the processing of personal data is revoked, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2−11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006;

I confirm that I have read the provisions of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", the Operator’s documents regulating the procedure for processing personal data, defining the list of actions with my personal data, containing a general description of the methods of processing personal data used by the Operator, I have learnt my rights and obligations in this area, which are clear to me.
I confirm my consent to the processing of my personal data by checking the "Contact" form located on the Operator’s website and clicking the "Submit" button.
